"The room was big and clean. It has a desk ‐ that's a pluss for us. The bathroom was a bit cramped. The sink has too much water pressure, so you have to be careful when opening it, for not to make a mess. The Hotel has a nice rooftop with a bar and a pool, with a beautiful view of the Royal Palace qnd part of the city. "

"This hotel is super nice with infinite pool and bars on roof top. Room super clean. Everything is a 5 stars but the need better people at the front desk. Two clerks at front desk just not so friendly like they hate their job. However, all other staff smile and greet guests all the time so friendly. "

"Clean modern room. Comfy bed and large walk in shower. All new and in good condition. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. A nice roof top bar but no pool. "

"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."

"Room not ready "

"Apparently, price was low (below 12 dollars after fee to website service) so that they gave me such an old room that has so much old stains on the bathroom and most of the lights werent functional. Its a great effort to keep bed and pillow covers to be clean despite super old conditions. So I thought the price was low due to low season, but nope its just low due to low quality. Id rather pay more for better conditions."
