"Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. "Hotels.com gave wrong information about a room, saying that it slept 3 but was only suitable for two. The receptionist at the hotel was very understanding and was able to move us to a larger room more suitable for us at a slightly extra cost - we were very grateful for this. The rooms were nice and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The member of staff in the breakfast room as very good with our 6 year old son, chatting to him and asking about his holiday, it made his morning. "

"Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. "

"Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside. We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers! Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier...
