"We booked a family room for four people. We arrived at the hotel at around 1:00 a.m. after a long journey and were extremely tired, especially our two children. However, when we entered the room, we were very disappointed to find that the extra beds had not been set up as requested. We then had to wait for another hour while the hotel staff prepared the beds, which was very frustrating after such a late arrival."
