"The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "

"Hotel was very convenient for public transport. Lovely staff. Breakfast was a nice variety and spread. Room had a bit of ware and tear, the bathroom door though was broken and the lock didnt work. In fairness we didnt address it while we stayed but hopefully that was the only room with that issue. Not soundproof the walls but cant do much about that. Otherwise was a nice stay in Milan."
