"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. "- Property: located in a strategic position close to the Baia Verde beaches. Some of them have an agreement with the hotel so one can get an umbrella sun with a discount. The area is quite noisy due to many young tourists, so having earplugs may save your sleep. - Room: average setup inline with the expectations, but with a very small bathroom which seemed to be stuck in the 1980s and with very few amenities. - Staff: super helpful and friendly, if there were a reason for coming back it would be because of them."
