"Our room was very basic and outdated compared to other properties we stayed at in Costa Rica. Had to call staff to spray for cockroaches and ants, turn hot tub up and jets back on, nothing special about food, view of volcano from pool was awesome but pool is freezing cold."

"Don't hesitate,this place is amazing. We stayed in the 3 bed/3bath villa with a private pool. The pool was heated and so warm that we stayed in it for hours. "Small and cozy room. You definitely experience nature. They provide helpful activities to do in Monteverde. Wish we had more days there. If you’re planning to zip line in Costa Rica, do it in MonteVerde. The staff were very hospitable and responsive. For breakfast they had buffet style. Options were good. "
