"The staff were nice. Breakfast didn’t have much options but can’t complain much. Didn’t like that the standard rooms didn’t have a fridge. The floors looked like there were peeled so If you walked with socks they will get really dirty like you walked on charcoal, the noise to unlock doors were loud so we can hear other doors buzzing and people talking in the hallways so that was unpleasant when trying to sleep. It looked and smelled cleaned, we stayed 2 days and before we left we seen a...
"1/5, Do Not Book, Especially Through a Third Party
This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The room smelled musty and dirty the entire time. Furniture, lamps, tables, closets, was old and outdated. Curtains were torn with missing hooks, so they wouldn't close.
The sliding door was broken, and the screen door had holes, letting mosquitoes into the room. I was bitten multiple nights.
The bathroom was worse: it smelled like sewage, had zero ventilation, and the exhaust fan didn't work....
"Staff was great. Room very clean.
We had some problems with our door not locking and go moved.
Parking is a little difficult to drive out of. Be prepared to have your car hit the bottom if you drive out the back way."
"What was unique was the decor and the spooky feeling of no one else was around. It was raining and water was coming in from one of the bedroom windows and also from the ceiling down to the stove. I was told that someone was not around to unlock gates to exit the parking lot at 4am to catch a flight. I notified the fron desk a night before that we would be leaving at that hr. Eventually it was unlocked. Would not recommend. Online pics were deceiving."
"The hotel in itself is nice and accommodating. It was clear it does need some maintenance as one night during heavy rain, the rain leaked into the room so it was necessary to be moved to another room. Also, there was a day where we struggled getting hot water in the shower. Additionally, we suggest extending the service hours for lunch and maybe have the kitchen available for dinner as food services were not available past 4 PM"
"The property and the staff were great.
Unfortunately noise was a problem; from inconsiderate guests yelling at 2 am and then at 6 am, to noise from adjacent soccer fields."
