"I found a dirty sock in my room. The AC continued to go out. The tub was disgustingly and filled with water. It wasn’t until I removed the drain cover, the water drained. I’d never stay there again. The parking was awful, no space. The staff was rude. I went back to the room for my ID, one luggage trolly left. The girl knew I was coming back, she didn’t say anything to me and someone the luggage trolley I waited for."
"Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. It was a wonderful experience for our family, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!"
"Room was clean, pillows were very flimsy, TV was old, Pool was dirty, they had a water dispenser with fresh fruit that was great and the walk was great distance!"
"Friendly staff. Clean room. There are 3 elevators which made getting up or down easy with pretty much no wait time. Short walking distance to Disneyland (about 5-7 mins). Highly recommended."
"We got to the hotel at 445pm. Check in time is at 4pm. They didn’t have a room ready for us. After waiting they ended up putting us in a comparable room that was wheel chair accessible so no tub for the kids. The outlets for bunk room didn’t work and I called to ask maintenance to change out the outlet but never did. The hair dryer had a short and shocked me as it made a terrible electrical noise with sparks and smoke coming from it. They brought me a hairdryer but didn’t remove the danger and...
"You get what you pay for. Our shower was clogged from day 1. They had nobody to fix it, so they offered to switch us to another room. But it was midnight when we got back from Disneyland, so not something we wanted to do. Ended up just dealing with a shower that wouldn't drain. Gross. We also found garbage behind a nightstand."
"We didn’t have any issues. It was actually a wonderful stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely friendly made you feel comfortable as well as providing delicious breakfast for you. Room was very clean. Definitely bathroom needs a little refresh but it wasn’t terrible. I felt like the staff who clean your rooms took a little while to get us some towels. we had to ask a few times before we got them. overall, we had the best stay and no complaints. Very convenient for my...
