"The location of the hotel is beautiful, the accommodation is pleasant and the rooms are very good. The barbeque is nice to barbecue with the service of the waiter. Rob is very professional and very nice. We were happy with his service and his lasting smile. Ms. Janet in the reception also enjoys a high level of professionalism and gave me help in finding an extra night booking only. I did not clean the room despite the two cleaning sheets and asked for that too and I did not put tea, coffee and...
"I really liked this hotel and it will be my 'go to' for future visits, as I regularly visit the area for annual WW2 Market Garden commemorations. It's set at the edge of Ede, in a beautful forest area (great for cycling), but the major road routes to Arnhem and beyond are quickly accessible. I liked the idea of a free drink in exchange for choosing to forego the daily housekeeping call! My room was a 'standard' one (with irritatingly sticky locks), quite adequate, but I really missed the tea...
"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, gepflegt und wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß, für eine Übernachtung jedoch vollkommen ausreichend.

"Perfect location, comfortable room size for longer stays with small and well equipped kitchenette.
Some staff members were helpfull, others not at all.
Have been staying here a couple of times the past decades, but this was my last time. The hotel got bigger over time, but the service worse. Complaints were simply not resolved and had to be addressed several days in a row. Finally some issues (like shower and wash basin drainage) were handled; others (poor working airconditioning) were not....
"Super de luxe appartement!! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige dagen gehad. Centraal gelegen. Heerlijk gewandeld in de (achtertuin), de Ooij. Lekker ontbeten. Dit gaan we vaker boeken. In- en uitchecken, communiceren verliep allemaal vriendelijk, vlot en soepel. Kortom: Een echte aanrader!!"
