"Upon checking in the hotel was positively disgusting. Dog hair and mascara on the “clean” bed. Red stains in the tub and the entire place reeks of cigarettes. They refused to refund us for our stay so did Expedia. Will never use Expedia or Sonesta ever again. "

"Room was clean. We went to the bar to have a drink and they had a “happy hour” so we were given a cheese and cracker board. That was a nice surprise! "

"Kitchen was clean. However 3rd floor was under construction . It would be nice if this info was made available before choosing this property. Rooms are dated and elevator seemed to make a loud noise when you hit the ground floor. Sounded like it was not working properly. Staff was friendly but when checking in I asked the gentleman who appeared to be new to enter my Hilton Honors Points. He forgot too busy mentioning how the system to check in has changed."

"Conveniently located, very clean and organized. We used the gym while we were there and everything was clean and in working condition. Breakfast was great and had a variety. Staff were very friendly and seemed organized and efficient when working. Would absolutely stay again."
