The closet shelves and floors had fluffs of dust and needed wiping before we could put our clothes in. A light in the bathroom...

The full breakfast included both warm and cold options and a marvelous variety. Staff both for the breakfast and for the hotel in general were extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and supportive. The dining area is clean and beautifully lit."
