"It’s a beautiful location but the facilities have not been well maintained over the years. The indoor and outdoor pool were not working. The common areas were somewhat old and dated and needed either a clean or a fresh coat of paint. Our room was in the newer building and was nice but was not cleaned daily. I got the impression that they were really understaffed. One gentlemen who work there was part of the maintenance crew as well as the evening entertainment! He was fantastic. However,...

"Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!"
