"It’s a non suspecting hotel/residential complex. The hotel itself is beautiful. The people were lovely but the service is slow…. Very slow! We had issues with WIFI in our room and it took several calls for it to be looked at. It was never really fixed and we constantly had to reset the router. The rooms are beautiful despite being small. What I felt was the let down was the breakfast menu. It was sad… really sad. You’d go downstairs expecting to be greeted with a beautiful buffet...

"I had some meetings in Calaca and decided to stay the night in Canyon Woods. I was not expecting much from previous reviews and I was surely IMPRESSED with what I saw. "The hotel is clean and our stay was convenient. The view from our room was breathtaking! Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk would have done a better job by explaining about the amenities. We didnt know that breakfast was included. They also didnt know that the spa was closed during our stay which is unfortunate because my wife and sister wanted to pamper themselves that day. The lobby and hallways smelled bad like there’s mold but Im sure that they’ve already addressed this. ...
