"Great hotel extremely helpful staff"

"Hotel was located just outside of the gates to sienna. Half of our group walked to the center of town and half of our group took a taxi. The hotel called the taxi for us. The check-in was easy and the night person also ran the bar. We took our drinks out to the back patio area, which had a wonderful view of the city both night and daytime. Rooms were two levels. Ours had a bed downstairs with the bathroom and then a steeper staircase to a loft area with another two beds. It worked out fine. It...

"Our stay at Casanova Panoramic Rooms was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful, spotless, and the view was simply breathtaking. The entire check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and having convenient parking made everything even easier. We also loved the restaurant—the food was delicious, and breakfast was excellent. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights at the end of June with our 2 teenage daughters in the 2 bedroom apartment named Cipresa (Cypress). We all loved our stay here, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so clean and refreshing and the location was perfect for what were were looking for after 4 busy days in Florence. The ability to have laundry access was also very helpful. Parking was convenient, it was easy to either walk into Siena (very safe and about 20 min) or the front desk can call you...

"Todo Excelente esta situada en el exacto centro de la ciudad y cuando les dimos nuestra placa del carro inmediatamente nos tramitaron el permiso para poder entrar hasta la puerta del hotel y descargar el equipaje, el aire no estaba muy bien pero lo demas excelente, el cuarto que nos dieron excelnte con un balcon increible y se veia toda la campiña"
