"A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. We also really enjoyed the pool; the water was clean and refreshing, making it a great place to relax. The only downside was that the hotel allows only one key per room, which can be inconvenient when there are two adults staying. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend Kamana Hotel. "
