"The check-in was fast and friendly! There was a few attendance working, and even though there was quite a few people trying to check in it went smoothly and uneventful. The only thing that surprised me was there was a four euro per person tax something to do with travel or the like. But it wasn’t that big so I didn’t care. I just hadn’t realized that there was one. "Hotel was kept clean. Well located and access to public transport in close proximity. Our booking was initially for a room with a balcony, but none was available. Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. "

"EXE Saldanha is is a great location convenient to the airport and to the city. You can easily access Lisbon on foot and via the Metro. Lots of good places to eat, supermarket across the road and an excellent fresh breakfast to start the day. Appreciated the quite rooms with quality beds. "
