"My husband and I stayed here for our consulate appointments. The location was excellent—within walking distance to the consulate, medical exam and fingerprint appointments, restaurants, and the mall. It’s also conveniently close to the airport and the U.S. border. The staff was nice, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with different main course options offered each morning, which we appreciated. The downside was that the hotel does not provide transportation to the appointments or airport. Some nearby hotels do offer shuttle service to these locations, so that would have been a helpful addition. There is also no on-site laundry facility, so we had to take an Uber to the nearest laundromat. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the convenience of the location and the friendly service."

"Excellent customer service. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean. They have everything you need around the area. You have stores places to eat very humble but the hotel and the food in the morning close to the hotel is amazing if they make you feel comfortable and safe."
