"Perfect hotel - room was huge, comfortable bed and had a with sea view. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was just round the corner from tbe shops/restaurants and the pier- perfect location. Ate out so didn't use the restaurant but it looked spotless. Would definitely return and recommend "

"Booked hotel in January and when phoned the day before visit hotel didn't have booking from Expedia. Spoke to manager of hotel and all sorted and was also upgraded. Brilliant service though out our stay ..Will be booking again direct with hotel...."

"Close to hospital as needed to be near to very sick relative to reduce travel time from home. Beautiful building and garden area. Didn’t use all facilities as was only there in an emergency situation not a holiday! The cleanliness could be improved. Cups in room unwashed/ mould in bathroom walls. Security could be an issue as fire door found to be wedged open by a brick last night on our return late at night? "

"The hotel is in the perfect location to visit North Wales. The train station is only a short walk away. We enjoyed a great breakfast every day and great views from our window. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Perfect. A traditional hotel within a few yards of the beach. Parked right outside the front door, easy check in, comfy bed, and an outstanding breakfast. The price was unbeatable, too. A special mention to Stefan, who checked us in and spent time behind the bar when we asked for an evening drink. Happy to recommend the White Heather Hotel, and we will certainly be back."

"Hotel was a little dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was lovely right across the bay. However we were in a family room on the third floor, and were a little anxious that the windows were so easily opened as we had a small child with us. We would have liked to be able to lock them for safety. Also a towel rail at child height in the bathroom would have been helpful for our little one. "

"Nice stay in conveniently located hotel. Reasonably sized car park but can fill up quickly and on street parking not good. Only single-glazed windows (presumably because hotel is in a conservation area?) so external noise levels quite high at times"
