"Nice all inclusive resort, not far from most things in Hurghada. You never need to leave if you choose. Lots of activity for kids, which did need but see lots of families. Breakfast very good, others meals were ok but you need to be selective from variety of dishes. Mostly European tourists. Would recommend for family friendly all inclusive."

Hope at he end): - dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather - No hot water during the complete stay - filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests - breakfast was not edible for Norwegians - staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again - obvious fake reviews on the site.
