"Our villa was great. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our butler Mustafa was the best! He made our stay very enjoyable and provided extreme luxury. He went out of his way to cater to us and to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He even texted us after we left to make sure we got home safe. Wow! The resort general manager, Nader also spent some time with us to get our feedback. The resort is exceptional and the food is great. We will be back! Highly recommended. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made us feel relaxed right away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt warm, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. We would definitely love to come back again!"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink"
