The local area gives you the feeling of local life in Kathmandu. Many local food sites and places of interest. The most important aspect of the property is the staff. They make your stay. "This is a unique & wonderful place to stay far off the beaten track. It is in a beautiful location the rooms are comfortable there is constant hot water the food is incredible & the staff so kind & attentive & helpful. We went on a wonderful walk & visited the little town of Nuakot with its beautiful Durbar square currently being restored. We loved our stay at the Famous Farm & would love to return. It’s a long bumpy dusty road but worth the journey! Go you will love it."
