"Al Hambra Hotel was amazing value for money. The room was good and we had everything we needed but please do not expect western style comfort. The breakfast was quite similar every morning but very filling. They were very willing to provide a free flask of boiling water and mugs for a drink is you being your own tea bags and coffee and don’t like the local stuff or need decaf. "If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses. The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing. Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. "
