"This was a group booking for nine people. There were no problems with any of the rooms, which were very clean and well maintained. We arrived early and were told there would be no problem parking in the free car park and storing bags in the store room until check-in time. My friend was also able to charge his electric car in the car park. Check-in itself was very easy. We added breakfast on after not including it in the booking originall. "We had a very comfortable night's stay. The temperature of the room was perfect all night and the room and bathroom were very clean. The continental buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my needs. We would willingly stay here again."

"Room booked into online was twin doubles in the cottage. When checked in was told now in Redhead suite. Very large lounge area with 1 bed in and separate bedroom with other. New carpet but a few scuff marks on walls and a couple of tatty edges to windows but it’s not rated as 5 star. Decent buffet breakfast and staff were good. "
