"Room was cleaned and changed every day; fresh towels etc. Air Con was thankfully working well the entire time. Mattress was memory foam and I slept well on it, though at first the hard board under the mattress took a bit of getting used to.

"Booked our room on Expedia and the photos of the rooms and bathroom were not accurate . We got a very outdated room and bathroom was very old in need of renovations in an annex building around the corner from the main hotel. The Shower head was not working properly and shower curtains looked stained and dirty. Staff was helpful and accommodating and location was great. Room needs renovations and updating and photos are not accurate especially bathroom."

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel California. The hotel is about 3-5 mins walk to Roma Termini station/Metro and buses. Very convenient for travellers who will be using high speed trains early AM. There are numerous restaurants/retail shops/street stalls/eateries in the area. The hotel staff are very friendly, experienced, professional and very helpful. Shout outs to Elisa, Francesco and Bond! "I was received by an awful guy in front desk, despicable attitude, rude, non comprehensive of anything y booked 3 rooms total for 9 people he did not accept my email or call regarding I had 1 more 7 year old staying in the room with us he made me pay an extra room for one people. after I posted a bad check in review I was treated in the afternoon again by the same guy with a letter saying y cheated the hotel and that I was being a lier and that I needed to take the review down obviusly I didn't....
