"Nice comfy bed in a big room. There was a fan supplied (a necessity during the heatwave especially during the night). Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast was different every day ( I think it depended on who cooked it) but was nice - it’s just a pity ham and cheese and different fruit were not offered but as I said breakfast was nice."

"Great landlady, very nice and helpful !!! Nice establishment !! Bedroom great and bed super comfortable !! The toilet needed taking out and replacing, it was in a slant and the joists underneath had gone. Everything else was great apart from the toilet !!!"
