The receptionist, Charley, was very polite and helpful and apologised for the fact that Hotels.com had not mentioned in my booking that car taking needed to be paid for separately…the only ‘fault’ we could find was that the breakfast only catered for scrambled eggs - no fried or poached options! :-("

"Great one night stay in a suite (free upgrade which was nice). Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was nice although coffee wasn’t great. The coffee in the room was lovely though. Really nice shampoo etc but the sachets aren’t very user friendly - would prefer refillable pumps to keep it eco friendly. Friendly staff on the reception desk. There is noise from outside crowds at night if staying in a front of hotel room but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay again. Really enjoyed our stay."
