"When we first got there the clerk was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There waws a problem with the computers so he was having a hard time checking us in. We had reservations to eat so left for that. When we returned again the clerk was friendly but a little less with it. We ended up getting billed twice for the room. I noticed the extra charge on my credit card that night so we tried to fix it in the morning. They refunded one of the payments. I get home and look at my credit card...

"Very nice location with ocean views and beach access close by. The property is well maintained and offers a nice hot breakfast. Staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the online checkout did not reflect the booking rate, and was higher by $54.11 for a (1) night, which was corrected at the front desk. Arrival at the front desk did not cover the rate,only pets, parking, smoking, pool hours and checkout time. Pay attention to your checkout billing. "
