"Ok rooms. Air conditioning was way too cold and could not be turned off. Rest was fine. Good free coffe and tea in the lobby. Finding parking outside takes forever, they do have a parking garage. "

"Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it. Cannot really fault this place The is an area just up the hill - the Old Town, almost a film set from Dickens well worth a wander around here too."

"An excellent location for an overnight stay en route to Portugal, with amazing views and plenty of space to relax and unwind after many hours in the car. The owners were friendly and very accommodating - providing recommendations for dinner and things to do. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. "

"Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms. "Most of the staff were great, but the waiter in the bar muttered that it was "muy temprano" when I asked for toast and coffee at 7.32am, having been told the café opened at 7.30, and wanting to get hiking at first light."

"Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling. "

"Great location.Perfect for convenience in Vittoria. We used a parking garage in town, 10 mins walk away Everything needed is provided although we didn't have information for extra bedding for the sofa bed. Not a major issue and we did get help quickly. Not the most comfortable seating if you spend a long time in the apartment, we didn't as we did a lot of day trips. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. "
