No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. "This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out.
