"Honesty probably the best beach resort we have ever stayed at. The place is small and intimate; literally right on the beach. Such a relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and personable. The food at restaurant was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka… and very reasonable prices for the quality. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. It’s a quiet area, with not much to do but chill and relax! Spend 4 or 5 days here and you will forget all your worries in life! Highly highly recommend...

"Such a lovely hotel, situated on a quiet, beautiful beach. All staff here and at the sister hotel a short walk away were amazing, with a special mention to Rosin and Nedmina (sorry I couldn’t quite remember your full name!) We loved being able to swim in the sea just outside and walking along the beach. A great, comfortable base for exploring the South Coast. Lovely food too-eating on the beach was a real treat!"

Private pool was in fact not very private and anyone could walk by at any moment. Lovely service and the people were great, we didn’t have any food so cannot comment. "

"Such a lovely hotel located right on the beach, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be slightly outside of Hiriketiya. Due to its location it is very quiet and peaceful. There are sun loungers on the beach as well as by the pool. It is super easy to get into the main town by tuktuk or a 30 minute walk. The staff are lovely and so attentive if you need a bite to eat I would recommend their pizza which are delicious. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back! "

"I loved everything about this place- quiet, a short pleasant walk to town center, incredible breakfast and cafe vibes (and music!), electricity was better here than in other places I've stayed, AC worked well, nice patio, big bed and bathroom. As a solo female traveler I felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, arrange rides, etc. BOHOMA STUTHI!!!"

This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so we spent the majority of the day at their beachside cafe called Happy Lab. We came in April, so waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."
