"Exceeded expectation in every category. The inn is convenient and charming, with a very Down East feel. Rooms are cozy, with every appointment we could have asked. We especially enjoyed the private balcony. But the staff absolutely stole the show!!! So knowable and incredibly helpful. Fantastic and hiking recommendations were all 100%. Constance even whipped out the bug repellant when we decided on Ship Harbor Trail. Did I mention the coffee?? "

"The place is beautiful, our room is perfect and staff has been incredible so far. We are very close to Arcadia Park as well as Bar Harbor. Even the weather has been great"

"It was noisey. 2 noisey neighbors killed the quietness. On vacay, you want to be relaxed. Construction plus noisey neighbors was disastarous. There is a huge rift in the ceiling of the structure as well. I am sure they know about and will fix it. Not having clean trash cans was annoying.Price for a 3 star hotel was not justified. Bfast was solid but I missed 2 due to lack of sleep."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed to leave a vehicle there after checkout, so that we could take one car to a graduation. They also allowed us to borrow umbrellas in case we needed to wait in the rain to get into the event. "
