"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

The outdoor area was very spacious, but had algae filled water features we didn’t understand. The hotel reception was very friendly, spoke great English, and was helpful. "Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff very helpful. If you are staying in the annexes, be aware that there is no elevator, and in our case, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (and no assistance). Also, there is no shower, just a tub with a handheld sprayer."
