"We found the hardest thng was the fact that it is on a business park the sat nav got confused and we couldnt see it 1st time round and drove round s bit more than required,When we got to the hotel though it was easy check in very comfy beds and staff and breakfast excellent"

"Lovely hotel in an excellent spot. The historic background is evident, yet at the same time there is a lot going on so it is vibrant and busy and the rooms are to a very good standard. Very comfortable night’s sleep, with no disturbance from patrons at the bar (and the quiz night, which happened during my stay). I was unable to connect to internet (despite help from staff). "The venue is very well maintained, quite pretty with lots of green and the room was clean, tidy and equipped with iron and board, too. Food was fine. I had a nice staying. Staff could do with a bit more of customer service skills, they weren’t the most friendly people, they wouldn’t acknowledge customers walking in and they preferred talking to each other, but they were young and I guess lots to learn still.
