"Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. "

I could hear the conversations of the men in the room next to me until 1am. Musty damp that irritated my allergies. Staff and location great and shower hot and room warm, if you can handle the rest."
