"Loved my stay at Ranee. Great location, amazing and friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to return to Kuching. Thank you to all the staff at Ranee. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city!"

"Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay. "

"Strategic place to stay; all amenities in every corner."

"Rooms are dirty, plastering fallen off the ceiling, moldy bathroom. The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. "I’ve been staying this suite for several times now and they always have satisfied me with the amenities. Absolutely love the outdoor pool that located on the 6th floor. Staffs are great! "

"Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants."

"Great breakfast options for the price. They stocked up water bottles and towels on our 2nd day which was nice. The only unpleasant thing was the water pressure is quite low."

"Love the parking space, very convenient"

"location is ok no complaint at this price"

"Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."

"Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided."
