"House keeping did not show up in spite of repeated calls to the front desk. The wrist bands stopped working after a couple of days. The lady at the front desk and the Assistant Manager were extremely, rude, impolite, and disrespectful. The Assistant Manager was in fact very loud and abusive ion her interaction. "I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff here; they were incredibly helpful, polite, and made our check-in process quick and seamless. This was a lifesaver because our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. "Great location and close to everything. We were able to eat and shop within a 5 min drive. Target 20 min drive. Our cottage was very spacious and fit our family of two adults and one kid. It was great to have space to spread out. We especially loved the lanai. We were in room 5A which looked out on the pool. It was a nice view but it could also be louder in the evening but not ridiculously loud which we appreciated.
The only thing I disliked was check in where I was asking about restaurant...

"We loved our ocean view 2 BR condo! Incredibly spacious and clean while also being close to the pool and ocean. We rented a unit with AC but the breezes made evenings on the patio very enjoyable. The full kitchen and community grill allowed for easy dinners, laundry in unit another easy win. Front desk staff were very kind and accommodating."
