"This hotel is an absolute gem located in a lovely area about 10 minutes drive from Hann airport. The entire staff were extremely pleasant from Sina at reception to the ladies in the restaurant food excellent and peace a quiet in the locality was Devine "

"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "

"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. Wish we were able to use the spa but nothing showed how, and waiting at the front desk was a...

"Only stayed for 1 night on way through, a quiet location, lots of space to sit and relax, catered for young children as lovely garden area and a small play room. The bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed for my son was very hard and not so comfortable but fine for 1 night. Friendly staff"
