"The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor. Very close to Pettah Market and only about a 20 minute walk to the Dutch hospital. "

"This hotel is set a 5 minute walk from the beach, it is convenient for transport links, shops and dining options are close by. The property is clean throughout and the staff are friendly, helpful and willing to help with your needs. Give them time and opportunity to help and the staff will do their best."

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"The hotel was more of a transit hotel for the airport. Nothing fancy but good location about 10-15minutes to the airport. Perfect for an early flight. "
