The room had very worn bedding and towels,exposed electrical wires,no plug for sink, and very rusty waste bin, but the most distressing thing was my son saw a rat in the kitchen.l feel we should be entitled to at least a refund.

Don't recommend it

Firstly, no one at the reception to welcome you.. you have a board call this number...the bathroom door and glass separator were moving, worried it can drop on me. Thirdly, the wifi is not there most of the time...air-condition was also pathetic. Although hotel was empty, they made me to have a bath in the lobby washroom on the check-out day and the manager did not oblige to allow me use the washroom. Staff were soft spoken and wanted to help.

Worst service I never had this experience before any other hotel I book one room they give one and receptionist behave like very rude and I went shopping then I come back receipt said time over but I have time until 15 hrs left then we fight finally he gave one small room .I thought he give my room to any other people I pay 12000 LKR but service like a zero very worst and rude receptionist

値段相応のホテルだと思います。現地の生活圏の中に建っているので、夜になると周りは暗くなります。私の部屋はキングベッドでしたので、窓はありませんでした。洗面、トイレ、シャワーの使用については問題ありませんでした。

気を付けてください。

・Hotel.comには空港への送迎があるように記載されているが、実際は存在しない。特記事項に迎えを依頼するコメントを記載したが、反応なし。直接ホテルにメールしたがこれも回答なし。当日電話したが、私の英語がうまくなかったのか、迎えはあると思って行ったが、当日の空港には迎えは当然いなかった。 ・事前チェックインのオンライン入力をしたが、当日は紙の記入を求められた。基本、オンラインの機能は予約以外正しく機能していない。 ・この国は朝食が遅いようで、7時半から。ちなみに事前にメールで問い合わせたが回答なし。 ・部屋は細長く狭かった。トイレとシャワーはなぜか一旦ドアの外に出る謎の造り。アメニティは小さい石鹸のみ。 ・税込みの支払総額で7千円オーバーであったが、3千円でも高いと感じた。 ・周囲は治安が良くない地域であり、まともなレストランは存在しないようでした。 ・朝食はパンなど最低限のもののみ。

翌朝の長距離バスへの移動を考えて、バスステーションから歩いて5分程にあるペター地区のホテルに泊まりました。部屋も広くてバスルームも綺麗でした。お湯も問題なく出ました！

Bra hotel i centrum av det område vi önskade. Nära gångavstånd till marknader. Mycket trevlig personal. Litet rum med balkong var ok. Kunde städas bättre! God frukost.

Very dissapointing

The port view hotel has only the name: view on a dirty and noisy street, not cleaned room, broken pipes in the shower, only a « complimentary » (and already used?) soap, bed / towels / pillows with bad (humid) smell, and above all no toilet paper (they « forgot » it). The team is useless, you feel like bothering them when you ask for something. Few details : standard room (double bed) at 38$, so very expensive for this kind of service. If you don’t want to be disappointed for your first (or last) night in Sri Lanka, do not book this hotel !

Great location, walkable distance to many historic sites, as well the main bus station and within 10 mins to train station. Provided with elevator in case you have suitcase. Room is super clean and comfy.

Notwendige Unterkunft in Colombo

Die Matratzen waren extrem hart. Also ich mag eigentlich harte Matratzen aber das kam eher einem Brett gleich. Das Zimmer im Gegensatz zu dem Eindruck auf den Bildern eher verlebt und die Aussicht auf den Hafen, sollte man eher nicht erwähnen. Einzig positiv ist die Entfernung zum Bahnhof. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück gab es nicht. Uns wurde am Abend bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird.

Ok hotel in the centre of Colombo

The hotel was fine! Location was good, in the centre of the city and on walking distance of the trainstation. But compaired to other places we've stayed it seemed a little expensive for want you get. Still a fair price, but we've had a lot more luxery for the same price.

確かにバスターミナルには近い

タクシーなどで行かないと、ホテルを見つけるのは困難。看板は小さいし、周辺はごみごみしていて、非常にわかりにくい。 エアコンとファンは部屋に設置されていて、部屋もきちんと清掃されているが、2人で泊まったのに、最初バスタオルは一枚だけで、2回頼んでやっともう一枚出して貰えた。石鹸、シャンプーは無い。窓を閉めても、外の騒音が聞こえてくるので、寝るときは持参した耳栓が役に立った。良い点は、スタッフが親切だったこと。現地のバスや電車のチケットの買い方、トゥクトゥクの上手な乗り方など教えてもらった。
