"The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

"We arrived in maun after a long day and were made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a wee way from town but no problem to get a ride in and the staff are truly lovely people. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Overrall a great place to stay. Thank you all xKaren"
