"It felt homely and comfortable "

"Wir waren dort 2 Nächte bevor wir auf Safari gingen. Das Restaurant ist okay. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es a la carte-Essen, was uns gefiel. Wir konnten immer einen Platz am Feuer reservieren. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und auf der Terrasse für zwei Räume gab es leider nur einen Tisch und zwei Stühle für beide. Der Fluss hatte Mitte Mai noch kein Wasser, sodass man aufs trockene Flussbett guckt. "

"We’re on bicycles visiting from Australia. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing 3 nights at this hotel. Firstly greeted by Shingi at reception who told us everything we needed to know, and also pre-booked transfers for us by e mail in advance. Rooms are really nice, comfortable & clean. Showers are great considering the location. Communal dining in the evening is a great way to meet new friends and share experiences. Breakfast was included after the game drive , dinner was extra but very good value. Both the Game Drive & Boat Cruise are amazing and a great...

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Tlou Lodge. Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft ist großzügig und sauber. In der Küche sind alle erforderlichen Dinge enthalten. dieses Mal hatte auch das Restaurant geöffnet. Es werden kleine Speisen wie Burger oder Steaks angeboten. Was nicht so schön ist, dass das Restaurant direkt neben dem Pool liegt und man sich daher eigentlich nicht dort sonnen möchte. Auch das Aktivitäts-Angebot ist zu empfehlen."

"The staff was great during my stay. Always smiling and willing to help. The food was very good quality and tasty. The breakfast which was included had some variation, but being a person who loves breakfast, it checked all of my boxes. The staff would see me coming and start my eggs and cooking my bacon crispy. The location was great, five minutes to Field mall and ten minutes to to the Three Chiefs Monument.I could go on and on about the location, but the area is very safe."

"Only one slight criticism, no information in the rooms regarding opening hours for breakfast, lunch etc, and checkout time, also no information on tours operating from the hotel. Apart from that I found the staff very efficient and helpful."

"On the day we arrived the hotel was very quiet and the bar closed at 5 and the restuarant was closed. The staff were very helpful and friendly though. "

"Absolutely fabulous! What more could you ask for? Über friendly staff, excellent meals, food on request, and stunning rooms with a view from a hilltop. Lindi and Antony were particularly awesome. It is 7-8 chalets and a few campsites large. Advice for future travelers, turn off the tar road at the "Xhabe Safari 2km" sign at top of the hill and do not rely on the GPS. "

"Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel. I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days. "
