"This is a rather old hotel. It took us a while to locate it, because the name of the hotel was changed. Onsens were very dark, small and uninviting. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were plentiful in volume, but not in quality. It did not offer hardly any fresh sea foods. "

"スタンダードで泊まりましたが、すごく広い部屋でビックリ！チェックアウトの際、スタンダードでその部屋だったのかを聞いたら、空いていたからグレードアップしてくれたそうで…しかも部屋に温泉の出る檜風呂が付いていて、子供が小さいので家族で入れて助かったし本当に最高のおもてなしでした。 会席の料理も美味しいし、説明も丁寧で良かったです。 いろいろ融通がきいて、また来たいと思いました。"
