"Checking in was hassle free, didnt get name of lady on desk but she was so friendly /helpful. Only stayed 1 night, room clean, maybe bathroon door frame could do with some TLC. Parking was in NCP which was close to hotel. Only thing wasnt so good was Breakfast area far too small for size of hotel, it was fairly busy when we were there. No plates, ran out of a few different foods & didnt replenish these, even though 1 hr left of service."

"Wow, what a fabulous weekend. Such friendly staff who made our break memorable, special shout out to Tia and the manager (who both work non stop to ensure you enjoy your stay) and the lovely, friendly lady at breakfast. So sorry we didn’t get all names. Nothing is too much trouble. We ate at the hotel for dinner and lunch and the presentation and food is exceptional. Room was lovely, much more spacious than expected and quiet. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel and a very relaxing...

"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too...

"Gezellige pub met prima kamer. Zoals je op de foto’s al ziet is het wat oubollig maar dat geeft juist wel een mooie karakteristieke sfeer. Goed en snel geholpen bij inchecken. Volgende keer ontbijt in deze toko overslaan. Een half uur wachten op een zwarte koffie en dan cappuccino krijgen. En na ruim een uur mijn ontbijt gekregen wat ook zeker niet overeenkwam met de bestelling. Omdat ik geen zin had om nog langer te wachten het verder maar laten gaan. Mevrouw deed heel druk maar er waren...
