But the staff there was not helpful at all, there supposed to be a small transport which could help us to bring our luggage to checkin and checkout to/from the main carpark where usually passengers/tourists will arrived. We message them in expedia.com but they did not reply at all. Useless staff, better find other hotel with lakeview which has many options."
