"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Wonderful place to stay and we can’t recommend it highly enough. The owners met us upon arrival and were helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully well presented, nice views and immaculately clean. The double jacuzzi bath and log fireplace a nice luxury and there was everything you could need during your stay. Even a little supermarket and an EV charging point nearby. We will definitely be back!!"

"Bonito hotel. Bueb precio. Bien situado a 10 minutos del centro de Alcázar. Nuestra habitación en la segunda planta, por el claustro, amplia y cómoda. La única pega que el wifi no llegaba bien."
