"Downstairs - restaurant, meals (good gf) was good, room was very poor. Bathroom was grimy, sink taps didn't work properly, no phone, no a/c, construction jackhammering 8 till 8, then weird generator noise, plastic matting on bathroom floor, elevator unclean, no room safe, and NO FRIDGE. Very disappointed."
"Room was lovely and clean and we had a modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly, food was excellent and service was great. Parking was easy and cheap (6 pounds I think) and the property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs which was fantastic, our friends had one down the corridor which was different and not as nice. The only thing was the bed - it was extremely hard and impacted our ability to sleep well. If there was a topper or a different mattress I would stay again in a pinch, or just stay...

"We had a very good short break in Ross on Wye!! The area has a lot to offer.. we were particularly impressed with choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite."
"Stayed here 4 times now so it’s convenient for the Worcester music festival , this year we had room on the front room 306 third floor , room noisy at night time , had a bit of trouble getting light to work in bathroom but as a whole did us for what we needed so would stay again but room on the back , pool & hot tub were very good & included in room rate"

Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too.
Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay.
Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful.
As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."
"We were given a warm welcome on arrival; always found a space to park in the car park; loved the location (right next to the river). No complaints about the room, bed or en suite, with all being clean, comfortable etc. Great breakfasts provided if required. All in all, excellent value for money, and most likely where we will return to next time we are in the neighbourhood."

"Priced was right, rooms were clean, everything was in good working condition, located close to The Docks (lots of great restaurants, pubs, breweries), plenty of parking, amenities were sufficient. Would stay there again!"
