I messaged the hotel on 3 separate occasions with our arrival time on Koh Tao and our location but there was never a response and no transfer on arrival, so we walked to the hotel with our luggage.
We stayed in a deluxe garden room and there were big gaps around the doors which let in mosquitoes and the noise at night. The resort is very loud at night.

"Een superleuk resort, direct aan het strand. Je kunt er heerlijk lunchen en de kamers waren ruim en netjes. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een groot pluspunt is dat je gratis wordt opgehaald bij de pier en bij vertrek ook weer gratis naar de pier wordt gebracht. Erg handig!
