A great bonus of Tregella is that it’s close to the beach (any closer and it would be on the beach) and close to the town centre but on a quiet road."

"Good convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. Jackie was helpful & very welcoming. There is public car park next to property so it can be a bit noisy from the road but it didn't troubled me much. I would recommend this guest house and happily book again if I travel to Newquay again."

"The hostess was cheerful and friendly, and the room scrupulously clean. The continental breakfast had a good cereal selection, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The family had some dogs which didn't interact with guests, but were noisy in the early morning. It didn't particularly bother us, but some might find it disturbing. No outside food is allowed in the house, so it would have been nice if there was a picnic table available, for nights when we wanted to sample some of the local grab-and-go options...

"We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay. "
