"The hotel was absolutely amazing but I called for specific accommodation as I was taking 6 kids with me and they promises my accommodation would be met . Got there"

"Housekeeping never came in 5 days. No garbage was picked up, no new towels, and the place smelled like fish oil. The breakfast has water in the scrambled eggs. I didn't find anything good to say about this place. Avoid it."

"Bed was super comfy and room was great! Perfect for our Sixflags visit!"

"Everything was great enjoyed our stay"

"Very nice and clean hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful definitely would recommend staying here."

"1 of the elevators was out of service. Breakfast was unavailable because the cook didn't show up to work. The fire pit, which was a big reason for our selection of the hotel, wasn't working. Wi-Fi was terrible to connect. When I asked for a spare key for my wife while I was wet from the pool, employee refused since I didn't have ID and didn't even attempt to work with other forms of verifying my identity. Last time we stay at one of these brand hotels."

"Todo! Muchas gracias expedía nunca me decepcionas ❤️"

"La ubicación del hotel es óptima para quien busca tranquilidad y salidas rápidas a los parques de atracción. La habitación estuvo adecuada, con pequeños detalles en el tema de limpieza pero esperados. En este momento se encuentra realizando mejoras a otras habitaciones, sin embargo no fue limitante para descansar. Considero que la estancia fue agradable y cumplió con lo esperado para disfrutar de un pequeño descanso de 4 noches."

"I left the hotel around noon came back to my room about midnight to find my door was left open by I assume the housekeeper because the room was cleaned. When I say the door was left open I don't mean unlocked. I mean the door was open! anybody couldve walked in and stole my things. I wanted to notify the front desk but there was nobody there to tend to customers. Won't be coming back to this place again"
