"The lady at bar for check-in was lovely but that’s where it ended. The restaurant was buffet and we got there an hour before closing. "Close to the main road of Frankston/Dandenong and nice and quite . Reasonable rates and help around if needed."

"Clean, convenient"

"A tidy room for its age, plenty of space and roomy carpark"

"Big, clean rooms with freshly renovated bathrooms. The king bed is comfy and the rooms are far enough away from the road you don't hear much at all."
